Ingredients
- 3 tsp kosher salt (or 2 tsp table salt)
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp lemon peel powder (See Note 1)
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Dill
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Alternately you can add all to a spice grinder and pulse until powdered (my preference).
- Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. Makes 16 teaspoons or 1/3 cup total.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- You could grind dried lemon peel to a powder if you don't have on hand. Although I typically get mine at Penzys for those items not easily found in most local grocers.
