Greek Tuna Salad Recipe
Easy Greek-inspired tuna salad with avocado, dill, kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes and feta.
Ingredients
- 2 tuna drained, canned
- 1 avocado peeled and diced, large
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise or more to taste, made with avocado oil
- 2 Tbsp mustard stone ground
- 1/4 tsp salt to taste, sea salt
- 1/3 cup cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped
- 3 Tbsp dill chopped, fresh
- 1/4 cup cherry tomato halved
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives chopped
- 1/3 cup feta cheese
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir well until combined. Taste mixture for flavor and add more sea salt, mustard, and/or mayonnaise to taste.
- Serve in an avocado for a stuffed avocado approach, or use for sandwiches or green salads.
