Easy Greek-inspired tuna salad with avocado, dill, kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes and feta.

Ingredients

  • 2 tuna drained, canned
  • 1 avocado peeled and diced, large
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise or more to taste, made with avocado oil
  • 2 Tbsp mustard stone ground
  • 1/4 tsp salt to taste, sea salt
  • 1/3 cup cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 3 Tbsp dill chopped, fresh
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomato halved
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives chopped
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir well until combined. Taste mixture for flavor and add more sea salt, mustard, and/or mayonnaise to taste.
  2. Serve in an avocado for a stuffed avocado approach, or use for sandwiches or green salads.
