Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk for desired consistency

  1. To a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt, Italian seasonings, dried dill, onion powder, garlic powder, garlic salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk well until combined and creamy.
  3. If you like a runnier dip, whisk in milk if the dip is too thick. Continue to add more until you reach desired consistency.
  4. Serve with fresh veggies or crackers.
