Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons honey gently warmed

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Gradually drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking until the mixture is well blended and emulsified.
  3. Stir in the chopped dill, if using, until evenly distributed. Adjust salt to taste if needed.
