Greek Yogurt Popsicles

Greek yogurt popsicles with watermelon and bananas. Ready in 5 minutes: blend, pour into ice pops molds and freeze. And they are quite versatile as well, you can use other fruit or berries instead.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz watermelon preferably seedless
  • 1 overripe banana
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ⅔ cup sour cream Note
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Remove the peel of the watermelon (and the seeds, if there are any).
  2. Blend: Place the watermelon in the blender and the rest of the ingredients. Blend until very smooth.
  3. Adjust taste: Add more sugar/honey or lemon juice according to your preference.
  4. Freeze: Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze.

Notes

  • You can use only Greek yogurt.
