Greek yogurt popsicles with watermelon and bananas. Ready in 5 minutes: blend, pour into ice pops molds and freeze. And they are quite versatile as well, you can use other fruit or berries instead.

Ingredients
- 12 oz watermelon preferably seedless
- 1 overripe banana
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ⅔ cup sour cream Note
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Remove the peel of the watermelon (and the seeds, if there are any).
- Blend: Place the watermelon in the blender and the rest of the ingredients. Blend until very smooth.
- Adjust taste: Add more sugar/honey or lemon juice according to your preference.
- Freeze: Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze.
Notes
- You can use only Greek yogurt.
