Ingredients

  • 250 g 0% Fat Free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 40 g cheddar cheese grated
  • 3 spring onions (scallions) sliced

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well to combine everything.

Notes

  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice for some extra freshness.
  • Taste the Greek yogurt and ranch dip and adjust the seasoning as needed. You can add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to suit your preferences.
  • For best results, let the dip chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavours to meld together beautifully.
  • This dip can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • If you prefer a thinner dip, mix in a little water, milk, or buttermilk until you reach the desired consistency.
  • You could keep this super simple and just mix ranch seasoning in to Greek yogurt with nothing else.
