Greek Yogurt Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 large egg
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, yogurt and honey. Whisk for at least a couple of minutes until it is well combined and bubbly.
  2. Add in the baking powder, salt and flour and stir until well combined.
  3. Cook on a heated waffle iron until golden brown.

Notes

  • Leftover batter keeps in the fridge for up to one week in an airtight container for easy waffle-making later.
