Ingredients

  • 1 whole ripe banana peeled and frozen
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond butter
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened plain yogurt *
  • 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp collagen peptides **

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

  • *I use dairy-free yogurt, but you can use any yogurt you'd like
