Ingredients
- 1 whole ripe banana peeled and frozen
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond butter
- 1/3 cup unsweetened plain yogurt *
- 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp collagen peptides **
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
- *I use dairy-free yogurt, but you can use any yogurt you'd like
- **Use your favorite protein powder
