Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened; or coconut milk
  • 1 cup greens greens of choice, example: kale
  • ½ apple chopped
  • 3 pieces ice

  1. Put all ingredients into a high powered blender and blitz.  Adjust to taste - if you need it sweeter you can add more apple. For thicker add less almond milk and more ice.
