Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened; or coconut milk
- 1 cup greens greens of choice, example: kale
- ½ apple chopped
- 3 pieces ice
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a high powered blender and blitz. Adjust to taste - if you need it sweeter you can add more apple. For thicker add less almond milk and more ice.
