Ingredients

  • 24 oz frozen green beans
  • 1 pound Bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded.
  • 6 oz French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Fry the bacon in a large saucepan over medium high heat.  Let the bacon cool and then chop the bacon.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, soy sauce and half of the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the cooked bacon.
  4. Stir in the green beans and half of the french fried onions.
  5. Pour this mixture in a casserole dish.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, stir the mixture and then top with the remaining chopped bacon, shredded cheese and french fried onions.
  7. Bake for 10 more minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
