Green Beans with Lemon and Shallots

Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans wash and snap off the ends
- olive oil drizzle of
- 1 Tablespoon shallot minced
- lemon juice of one
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large saute pan heat the olive oil. Add the shallots. Cook for one minute.
- Stir in the green beans. Pour the juice of one lemon over the green beans in the pan. Toss the green beans and cook until tender, but still crisp.
- Season the beans with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
