Green Chutney Recipe

This vibrant gorgeous coriander mint green chutney recipe is prepared with fresh coriander, mint, yogurt, and spices. The minty Indian green dip will uplift snacks at your next party with its refreshing flavors!

Ingredients

  • 3 bunches Coriander/ cilantro
  • 20 leaves mint leaves
  • 4 green chillies
  • 20 g peanuts optional
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon carom seeds
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ½ teaspoon sugar optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Chop off the thick, tough ends from the coriander and mint leaves and rinse thoroughly.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend it to a smooth paste.
  3. Check the consistency and add water if required.
  4. Transfer to a container and can store in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.

Notes

  • Use more coriander than mint leaves.
