Ingredients
- 3 bunches Coriander/ cilantro
- 20 leaves mint leaves
- 4 green chillies
- 20 g peanuts optional
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon carom seeds
- 1 tablespoon water
- ½ teaspoon sugar optional
Instructions
- Chop off the thick, tough ends from the coriander and mint leaves and rinse thoroughly.
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend it to a smooth paste.
- Check the consistency and add water if required.
- Transfer to a container and can store in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
