Ingredients

  • 2 cups Organic Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 medium orange (peeled)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 inch piece ginger root (peeled)
  • ½ medium apple
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Serve as is or over ice.

Notes

  • Feel free to use fresh or frozen fruit. You can also add more or less ice to reach desired thickness.
