Creamy green goddess dressing is healthy and bursting with so many vibrant flavors! The combination of fresh herbs, Greek yogurt, garlic, and lemon create an irresistible dressing and dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup basil
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Chives, chopped
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy!
  3. Enjoy as a dressing for salads, use as a dip for vegetables, or enjoy as a dip for anything you desire!
