Ingredients

  • 1 c. non-dairy milk vanilla flavored will work, but my favorite is Blue Diamond's almond & coconut blend
  • 2 orange cut into wedges, peeled and frozen, small
  • kale or a handful of spinach, about 5 small leaves
  • sweetener if desired, of choice, to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender, pouring milk in first. Using the variable speed dial, start out at 1 and slowly increase speed to 10. Once large chunks have been pureed, switch to high speed and continue to blend until completely smooth.
