Ingredients

  • 5 cups lettuce or mixed greens, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomato halved or grape tomato
  • 1 cucumber sliced, English variety
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • croutons homemade
  • balsamic vinaigrette
