Green Smoothie

This easy green smoothie recipe includes a balance of protein and healthy fats for a complete meal in a glass. Customize it to your heart's content!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana frozen
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries or mango
  • 1 handful baby spinach about 1-2 cups
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk or non-dairy milk of choice*
  • 2 Tbsp protein powder optional
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond butter
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Optional Additions:
  • 1 cup additional fruit **
  • 2-3 tsp fresh ginger peeled and grated
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp hemp seeds or chia seeds

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until completely smooth. Note: if you aren't using frozen fruit, add some ice cubes!
  2. Pour your delicious green smoothie into a glass, and enjoy!
