Green Smoothie Bowl with Raspberries
This green smoothie bowl blends kale, frozen raspberries, Greek yogurt, kiwi, and honey into a thick and creamy base. The combination creates a refreshing texture with a subtle tartness from the raspberries and kiwi. Served in a bowl, it invites customizable toppings, making it a vibrant option for a nutritious breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 6 kale lacinato, large leaves, trimmed from stems
- ¼ cup raspberries frozen
- ½ cup Greek yogurt non fat, plain
- 1 kiwi sliced
- 2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, leave out if keto
- Fruit and garnish for topping
Instructions
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a high powered blender and blitz until well combined. I had to use my tamper to push the ingredients down. This will be thick.
- Pour into a bowl and garnish!

- Use frozen raspberries to achieve a thick, chilled smoothie consistency.
