Ingredients

  • 6 kale lacinato, large leaves, trimmed from stems
  • ¼ cup raspberries frozen
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt non fat, plain
  • 1 kiwi sliced
  • 2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, leave out if keto
  • Fruit and garnish for topping

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a high powered blender and blitz until well combined.  I had to use my tamper to push the ingredients down.  This will be thick.

Notes

  • Use frozen raspberries to achieve a thick, chilled smoothie consistency.
  • Adjust honey or syrup depending on desired sweetness or dietary needs.
