Ingredients
- ⅔ cup Tahini
- 4-5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup water plus more as needed
- kosher salt to taste
- 1 cup green herbs combo of cilantro, basil, and parsley
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, blend together the tahini, lemon, oil, herbs and garlic until smooth. Slowly stream in the water until you've reached your desired consistency that you can use for drizzling on salads, veggies etc.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- If you’re making a triple batch of this, you might need to add a few teaspoons of water every time you use it to thin it out! Tahini is thick and absorbs liquid easily so don’t be afraid to thin it out if needed with some water.
