Ingredients

  • 2 bunches asparagus , trimmed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Toss asparagus with olive oil and lemon juice.
  2. In a small bowl stir together salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Season the asparagus with the salt mixture and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat grill to medium heat.
  5. Add asparagus and cook for 2 minutes on the first side.
  6. Flip and cook for 2 minutes.
