Grilled Broccolini
If you've never had Grilled Broccolini - let me be the first to introduce you to your new favorite side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds broccolini
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly cracked
- 3 tablespoons olive oil Gaby’s Garlic Goodness brand
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium high heat.
- Arrange the broccolini on a sheet pan or plate and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the broccolini directly on the grill and cook for about 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly charred. Remove from grill and drizzle with the remaining oil and squeeze some fresh lemon juice on top and serve.
Notes
- I know it seems silly to point out, but make sure you are placing the broccolini across the grates! Not parallel or you'll lose some!
