Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- ½ cup basil pesto
- 16 oz fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
- 3 large tomatoes sliced thick
- 12 basil leaves
- 4 tsp Balsamic reduction
Instructions
- Slice the french bread in half lengthwise. Spread ¼ cup of basil pesto on each half and top with the sliced mozzarella.
- Place on a grill over medium heat, along with the tomatoes.
- Grill both for 4-6 minutes.
- Remove from the grill, place the tomatoes on top of the cheese, along with the basil leaves.
- Drizzle with the balsamic reduction and serve immediately.
