Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped, fresh
- 2 teaspoons lime 1 lime, grated zest
- 1/4 cup lime juice 1 juicy lime, fresh

- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
- 1 pound Shrimp , 16-20 per pound, peeled and deveined, defrosted
