Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets 6 ounces each
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- lemon wedges for serving
- fresh parsley chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F, and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over the cod fillets.
- Place cod fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Remove the cod from the grill, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
