Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • lemon wedges for serving
  • fresh parsley chopped for garnish

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F, and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over the cod fillets.
  4. Place cod fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Remove the cod from the grill, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
