Ingredients

  • 16 ounce bella mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the mushrooms to a medium-sized bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour on the mushrooms and toss to coat. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Thread the mushrooms on the skewers. Place onto a medium-high grill and cook for 3-5 minutes, turning once.
