Ingredients
- 16 ounce bella mushrooms
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Add the mushrooms to a medium-sized bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour on the mushrooms and toss to coat. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Thread the mushrooms on the skewers. Place onto a medium-high grill and cook for 3-5 minutes, turning once.
