Ingredients

  • 6 lamb chops
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup parsely fresh

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a zipper top bag.
  2. Let the lamb chops marinate at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
  3. Heat grill to high heat.
  4. Place lamb chops on the grill for about 3-5 minutes per side, depending on how well-done you need them to be. Lamb chops are best when they are rare, about 135ºF.
  5. Let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
