- 6 lamb chops
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup parsely fresh

Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a zipper top bag.
- Let the lamb chops marinate at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
- Heat grill to high heat.
- Place lamb chops on the grill for about 3-5 minutes per side, depending on how well-done you need them to be. Lamb chops are best when they are rare, about 135ºF.
- Let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
