These Grilled Lemon Chicken Skewers are so good and tender from a delectable marinade, and they're grilled on the grill or grill pan for a lunch or dinner recipe that is so full of flavor! Lemon, pepper, and honey are some of the elements that make up these grilled chicken kabobs.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons juiced and 1 zested
- 2-3 garlic clove minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano minced, or 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Kosher salt and ground pepper to taste
- 4 chicken breasts large, skinless and boneless, cut into 2-inch pieces
- Lemon wedges to serve
- 8 soaked bamboo skewers
Instructions
- To a large bowl, add all the ingredients, besides the chicken and mix well.
- Next, add the chopped chicken and toss to get all pieces coated. Cover and marinate into the fridge for up to one hour.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the prepared skewers.
- Heat a grill pan or an outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Grill for 6-8 minutes in total, or until the chicken is fully cooked through.
- To the same preheated grill, add the lemon wedges. Grill for 1-3 minutes, or until grill marks appear.
- Serve the chicken skewers with grilled lemon wedges and enjoy!

Notes
- Store the chicken kabob leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
- Feel free to use maple syrup in place of the honey.
- Be sure to soak the bamboo skewers in water before threading with the chicken.
- Make sure to use a meat thermometer to make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through.
- Be careful not to leave this chicken in the marinade too long or the texture of the chicken will off.
