Ingredients

  • 4 mahi mahi fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 lemon , cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat grill on medium-high heat.
  2. Coat the mahi mahi in olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl mix the salt, black pepper, thyme, garlic powder and paprika.
  4. Sprinkle over the filets.
  5. Place onto direct heat on the grill for 4-5 minutes on the first side.
  6. Flip and cook for 3 minutes on the second side.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
