Ingredients
- 4 mahi mahi fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lemon , cut into wedges

Instructions
- Heat grill on medium-high heat.
- Coat the mahi mahi in olive oil.
- In a small bowl mix the salt, black pepper, thyme, garlic powder and paprika.
- Sprinkle over the filets.
- Place onto direct heat on the grill for 4-5 minutes on the first side.
- Flip and cook for 3 minutes on the second side.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
