Ingredients

  • 4 yellow onions , cut into 3/4" thick slices
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brush onion slices with olive oil.
  2. Season the slices with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes on the first side.
  5. Flip and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
