Ingredients
- 4 yellow onions , cut into 3/4" thick slices
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Instructions
- Brush onion slices with olive oil.
- Season the slices with salt and black pepper.
- Heat outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
- Add onion and cook for 5 minutes on the first side.
- Flip and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
