Ingredients

  • 4 medium ripe peaches halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, ensuring it's clean and ready for use.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil to prevent sticking and to add a subtle flavor.
  3. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until they have nice grill marks.
  4. Flip the peaches over, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Grill for another 4 to 5 minutes until the peaches are soft and caramelized.
  5. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly before serving.
