- 4 medium ripe peaches halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat, ensuring it's clean and ready for use.
- Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil to prevent sticking and to add a subtle flavor.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until they have nice grill marks.
- Flip the peaches over, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Grill for another 4 to 5 minutes until the peaches are soft and caramelized.
