Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 2 slices fresh bakery bread
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp jelly
Instructions
- Start by greasing a skillet with cooking spray and heat it over medium heat.
- Grab or cut two slices of bread.
- Spread peanut butter on one of the slices of bread. Spread strawberry jelly on the other slice.
- Then, stick the sandwich together and then give each side of the bread that will be grilled a spritz of cooking spray.
- Place the sandwich on the skillet and hear it sizzle.
- Let the first side get golden brown before flipping. This should take about 3-4 minutes. Flip & repeat the same thing for the other side.
- Slice and serve!

Notes
- This sandwich is best served fresh. If it's not as warm as you'd like, you can throw it in the air fryer for a couple of minutes.
- Customize this sandwich however you'd like! Change up the bread, peanut butter texture, type of jelly, or add in some fresh fruit. It will be so delicious!
