Ingredients

For the Carolina BBQ Sauce:
  • 3/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the BBQ Pork Chops:
  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat. Pour all the ingredients for the BBQ sauce into a bowl and whisk together.
  2. Separate 1/3 cup of Carolina BBQ sauce out of the bowl. Brush it over the pork chops on both sides. Salt and pepper liberally.
  3. Grill the chops for 3-4 minutes per side. 3 minutes for a slightly pink center. Cover the pork chops with foil and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve the BBQ Pork Chops warm with extra mustard BBQ sauce and Bush's Southern Pit Barbecue Grillin' Beans!
