Grilled Potatoes Recipe
This grilled potatoes recipe uses russet potatoes parboiled until just tender and then marinated in a mixture of garlic powder, onion powder, lemon zest and juice, fresh rosemary, and parsley before grilling to a golden, slightly crisp finish. The marinade infused with fresh herbs and lemon brightens the rich, hearty flavor of the potatoes, making them flavorful and aromatic. The grilling step adds a slight char and texture contrast, great as a side dish for summer meals or barbecues.
