Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) loaf store bought pound cake cut into 2 inch thick slices, you should get about 8 slices
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
Topping Options:
  • vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped Cream
  • Blueberry Compote
  • Fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Butter both sides of the pound cake.
  2. Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat or set a grill pan over medium heat on teh stove.
  3. Add the pound cake to the grill or grill pan and cook for 3-5 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  4. Top each slice of pound cake with desired toppings.
