Ingredients

  • 2 bunches radishes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar (you can add more at the end to taste)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp oregano (optional)
  • black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill (if not already doing this for another dish).
  2. Wash the radishes and trim the roots and the greens. Slice into halves and place into a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano and toss everything together.
  4. Grill the radishes using a grill

Notes

  • - The grilling time may be different for you depending on your grill and how high you heat it up. So start checking the radishes earlier for doneness.
