These Grilled radishes with a smoky, caramelized, and slightly sweet flavor are a perfect side dish for grilled chicken or steak

Ingredients
- 2 bunches radishes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar (you can add more at the end to taste)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp oregano (optional)
- black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill (if not already doing this for another dish).
- Wash the radishes and trim the roots and the greens. Slice into halves and place into a medium-sized bowl.
- Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano and toss everything together.
- Grill the radishes using a grill
Notes
- - The grilling time may be different for you depending on your grill and how high you heat it up. So start checking the radishes earlier for doneness.
