Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped hazelnuts
- 3 tablespoon butter softened
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare hazelnut butter – toast hazelnuts in the microwave or oven. Mix hazelnuts with butter, parsley, and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper. Grill fish for 4 minutes. Turn – spread about 1 tablespoon hazelnut butter over each fillet. Cover and grill 4 to 6 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork.
