Grilled Shrimp Kabob Recipe (15 Minute)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place oil, minced garlic, salt, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning into a large Ziplock bag.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bag, shaking it to coat the shrimp evenly. Let shrimp marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat grill to 400°F. While it's heating up, thread the shrimp onto the skewers.
  4. Grill the shrimp for about 3 minutes or until golden brown on each side.
  5. Remove the shrimp from the grill and serve it right away. Enjoy!
