Grilled Shrimp Kabob Recipe (15 Minute)

These juicy grilled shrimp kabobs are light, refreshing, & packed with flavor. Perfect for everything from backyard BBQs to family parties to low-carb diets!

Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Place oil, minced garlic, salt, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning into a large Ziplock bag.
- Add the shrimp to the bag, shaking it to coat the shrimp evenly. Let shrimp marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill to 400°F. While it's heating up, thread the shrimp onto the skewers.
- Grill the shrimp for about 3 minutes or until golden brown on each side.
- Remove the shrimp from the grill and serve it right away. Enjoy!
