Ingredients

  • 4 lices whole grain bread
  • 6 teaspoons butter softened
  • 2 lices Swiss cheese

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Heat a grill pan or skillet.
  2. Spread some butter on one side of the sliced bread. Place the buttered side directly on the skillet.
  3. Put one Swiss cheese slice over the bread.
  4. Butter the second sliced bread. Arrange the bread on top of the cheese (buttered side on top).
  5. Flip the bread once the first side browns. Let the other side brown.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
  7. Share and enjoy!
