Ingredients
- 3-4 large firm tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Optional toppings:
- Freshly shredded parmesan
- Flaky sea salt
- balsamic glaze
- basil
Instructions
- Preheat a grill to high heat. Slice the tomatoes into 1/2 inch slices. You can seed the tomatoes but it is optional, I left mine with the seeds. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Add the sliced tomatoes to the grill. Grill on each side for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and serve with optional toppings if desired.
