Ingredients

  • 500 gms all-purpose flour 2 cups
  • 250 ml water lukewarm, 1 cup
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 gms active dry yeast 2/3 tsp
  • 20 gms butter melted, 1 ½ tbsp
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil plus more for brushing
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp durum wheat flour

Notes

  • These grissini can be left out on the kitchen counter and remain crunchy for a few days.
